Instructions
Sauté the onion, cut in julienne
Add the rabbit, seasoned with garlic salt, and brown it.
Pour the wine until half cover the rabbit, or a bit more, and add the thyme
Cook until the rabbit is tender (45-50 minutes), turning over halfway through the cooking time.
