Instructions
To prepare the ratatouille, cut the vegetables into cubes and poach them in olive oil, first the hardest ones (onions, peppers and garlic) and then the zucchini.
Once poached, add the bay leaf, the tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, and the spoonful of sweet paprika.
