Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a little oil. Drain, refresh and reserve.
Sauté the garlic cloves, filleted, and the young garlic, chopped, in olive oil.
When they are almost ready add the bacon.
Incorporate the surimi elvers when the bacon is ready and fry them for a short time so they do not overdo, while stirring.
Finally, add the spaghetti and mix well with the rest of the ingredients so that the flavors are integrated.
Serve and eat.
