Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a drizzle of oil. Drain and reserve.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic (filleted or crushed) taking care not to burn and the chilli
When the garlic is golden brown, add the spaghetti to the pan and sauté until hot.
Serve sprinkled with grated cheese
