Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling water with salt and a splash of oil.
When it is al dente, drain and reserve.
Cut the pork loin into small pieces and season with garlic powder and salt.
Fillet the garlic cloves.
Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic and chilli.
Incorporate the tenderloin and fry.
When the raxo is done, stir in the spaghetti so that they are impregnated with the flavor of the oil.
It is served hot and sprinkled with grated cheese.
