Instructions
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and a little oil. Drain and reserve.
While the pasta is cooking, chop the vegetables.
Brown the filleted garlic in olive oil.
Add the onions, then the leeks and finally the peppers, letting them cook until they are tender.
Add the spaghetti and mix well.
Serve hot. It can be sprinkled with grated cheese.
