Instructions
Brown the onions cut in julienne and when they are ready add the squid, clean and cut into pieces. Salt.
Cover the pot and cook the squid in its own juice for approximately 20 minutes.
Five minutes before finishing add the chopped green peppers.
They can be served accompanied by some cachelos.
