squid
2
garlic cloves
4
tbsp
olive oil
1

water
Instructions
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water. Once it’s ‘al dente’, drain it and put it away for later.
In the meantime, cut the squid into small cubes.
In a pot, sauté the sliced garlic cloves. When they start to brown, add the already seasoned squid and sauté for one or two minutes in high heat.
Lower the heat to gently cook them while stirring.
When they’re ready, add the pasta and sauté everything for a moment.
