Instructions
Cook the whole potatoes and turnip greens in salted water
Drain the turnip greens well and chop them very finely.
Pass the potatoes through the masher until they form a fairly thick puree.
Mix the turnip greens well with this puree. If it is too thick you can add a little of the broth of cooking the turnip greens. Let cool.
With the help of a spoon, form balls with the pasta, pass them through flour and brown them in a little oil.
Drain and put them in a clay pot or on the plate or pan in which they are going to be served.
In the same oil, brown the sliced garlic and pour over the meatballs. Serve hot.
