Instructions
In a bowl mix the flour and yeast and stir.
Add the salt and water and beat with the whisk.
Add the 3 eggs and beat until you get a uniform semi-liquid paste. Let rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
While it rests, chop the meat very small and season it with garlic salt.
Add the meat to the pasta and stir to mix well.
Fry tablespoons of pasta in olive oil, until finished.

This recipe is a different, original and very tasty way of eating veal. You can use other fillings such as chorizo, cod and anything you can think of.
