100gsurimi elvers
80gspaghetti
4clovegarlic
chilliin rings, to taste
olive oil
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a splash of oil. When they are al dente, drain and reserve.
Meanwhile, peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
Heat oil and brown the garlic and chilli rings.
When the garlic is golden brown, add the gulas and stir for about half a minute.
Add the spaghetti and mix everything for one or two minutes so that the flavors are well integrated.
Serve hot.
