  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 180 g spaghetti
  • 3 clove garlic
  • chilli to taste
  • 50 g grated cheese

Step by step instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a drizzle of oil. Drain and reserve.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic (filleted or crushed) taking care not to burn and the chilli
  • When the garlic is golden brown, add the spaghetti to the pan and sauté until hot.
  • Serve sprinkled with grated cheese
