Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Cut the potato into thin slices and the onion into rings.
Spread some oil over an oven pan.
Place the potatoes and onion on top. Add salt and pepper, water with a shot of white wine and a little more oil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Salt the salmon and place it on top of the potatoes. Water it with a little oil.
Bake 10 minutes at 180ºC
