Sprinkle the filloas with sugar and roll them up.
Heat a frying pan and spread with bacon.
Place the crepes in the pan and allow to heat until golden brown on both sides.

This is a very simple way to eat the crepes my mother-in-law taught me. I've never tried them this way before and they're really good.The complicated thing about the recipe, of course, is making the crepes. In Lareira we have two recipes of crepes: anisette crepes and broth crepes. I recommend doing this one with the broth crepes, which do not carry anything sweet.
