Thirty years ago, in my only trip to Greece, there were two things, in a gastronomic plan, that I loved: Tsatsiki and pita bread. I brought a Greek cookbook (they have it in all the languages you can imagine) and today I present the Tsatsiki. I like pita bread more, which is not like Arabic that opens and can be filled. I leave it for another recipe. Here I accompany the Tsatsiki with Mariñeiras cookies that are great.
