  • 1 tomato
  • 30 g Arzúa cheese
  • 2 fillets anchovy
  • 1 garlic clove
  • oregano
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Cut the tomatoes into slices and arrange on a platter
  • Chop the garlic clove finely and spread it over the tomato.
  • Sprinkle with oregano.
  • On top of each slice of tomato put a piece of cheese and finish with a piece of anchovy.
  • Dress with oil, vinegar and salt, to taste.
  • You can put a few minutes in the oven to melt the cheese, and serve warm. In this case you have to be careful with the salt because the anchovy becomes more intense when heated. Another option is to put the anchovy out of the oven
