  • 200 g mushroom
  • 1 tomato big
  • 1 leek medium
  • 1 green pepper small
  • 1 carrot big
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • In a steamer, boil a liter of water. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables.
  • On a sheet of aluminum foil spread the tomato cut into slices, forming a bed.
  • On the tomato spread the garlic clove chopped very small and a pinch of salt.
  • Then put the rest of the vegetables, chopped quite small.
  • Salt and pour some oil over the vegetables.
  • Close the aluminum forming a package and put it on the rack of the steamer, letting it cook for about 30 minutes.
  • It can be served in the same aluminum foil.
