Ingredients

  • 200 g mushroom
  • 1 tomato large
  • 1 leek medium
  • 1 green pepper small
  • 1 carrot large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • In a steamer, bring a liter of water to boil. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables.
  • Spread the sliced tomato on a sheet of aluminum foil, forming a bed.
  • Spread the minced garlic clove and a pinch of salt on the tomato.
  • Then put the rest of the small chopped vegetables.
  • Salt and sprinkle with the oil.
  • Close the aluminum well, forming a package and place it on the steamer rack, leaving it to cook for about 30 minutes.
  • It can be served in the same foil.
