How to prepare grilled razor shells with garlic and parsley

  • 250 g razor shell
  • 2 garlic clove
  • olive oil
  • parsley chopped
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Once the razors shells are washed in salt water, so that they release the sand, drain them well and reserve.
  • Chop the garlic and parsley very finely and mix them with olive oil.
  • Pour some oil and coarse salt on the hot griddle.
  • Put the razor shells and wait for them to open
  • Once opened, spread over them the mixture of garlic and parsley
  • Turn them over and leave them for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove them from the grill
  • With a spoon, pick up the mixture of garlic and parsley that was left on the iron and throw it over the razor shells.
