How to prepare grilled razor shells with garlic and parsley

Ingredients

  • 250 g razor shells
  • 2 clove garlic
  • olive oil
  • parsley chopped
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Once the razors shells have been washed in salt water, so that they release the sand, drain them well and reserve.
  • Chop the garlic and parsley very finely and mix them with olive oil.
  • Pour a little oil and coarse salt on the hot griddle.
  • Put the razor shells and wait for them to open
  • Once opened, top them with the garlic and parsley mixture
  • Turn them over and leave them for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove them from the griddle.
  • With a teaspoon, pick up the mince that was left on the griddle and pour it over the razors.
