  • 1 chorizo
  • 125 g pancetta
  • 500 g beans soaked from the night before
  • ½ onion
  • 1 glass white wine

Step by step instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pot and brown de onion.
  • Next, add the chopped chorizo and pancetta and fry lightly.
  • Pour the white wine, the white beans and the whole blood sausage.
  • Cover with water, add salt, and let cook, on a low heat until the beans are tender.
