Ingredients

  • 8 fresh sausages red or white
  • ½ glass white wine
  • 2 potato

Step by step instructions

  • Put the sausages into a frying pan and cover with white wine.
  • When the wine starts to boil, prick the sausages with the point of a knife so they lose the fat.
  • Let boil until the wine is completely evaporated, turning the sausages over halfway through the cooking time. Once the wine has evaporated let the sausages brown in their own fat.
  • They can be served with fried potatoes.
