Ingredients

  • 1500 g rabbit chopped
  • 1 onion
  • ½ l white wine
  • garlic salt to taste
  • thyme to taste

Step by step instructions

  • Sauté the onion, cut in julienne
  • Add the rabbit, seasoned with garlic salt, and brown it.
  • Pour the wine until half cover the rabbit, or a bit more, and add the thyme
  • Cook until the rabbit is tender (45-50 minutes), turning over halfway through the cooking time.
