Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb
  • 1 cup white wine
  • ½ cup brandy
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Place the lamb on a baking tray and season with garlic salt and thyme on both sides.
  • Add olive oil and a glass of white wine.
  • Roast in a preheated oven at 200º, heat up and down, for 50 minutes (approx), watering from time to time and turning over half the time.
  • After 50 minutes, raise the oven to 250º, drizzle with the brandy and put a small piece of butter on each portion of lamb.
  • Leave in the oven until golden on both sides.
