  • 250 g turnip greens
  • 250 g potato
  • 2 clove garlic
  • flour
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Step by step instructions

  • Cook the whole potatoes and turnip greens in salted water
  • Drain the turnip greens well and chop them very finely.
  • Pass the potatoes through the masher until they form a fairly thick puree.
  • Mix the turnip greens well with this puree. If it is too thick you can add a little of the broth of cooking the turnip greens. Let cool.
  • With the help of a spoon, form balls with the pasta, pass them through flour and brown them in a little oil.
  • Drain and put them in a clay pot or on the plate or pan in which they are going to be served.
  • In the same oil, brown the sliced garlic and pour over the meatballs. Serve hot.
