Ingredients

  • 600 g chickpeas cooked
  • 1 onion
  • 400 g pork meat leftover from the stew (pork shoulder, chorizo, bacon, rib ...)
  • olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Cut the meat into small pieces.
  • Chop the onion and brown it in olive oil.
  • When the onion is golden, add the meats and sauté them for one or two minutes.
  • Add the chickpeas and stir carefully until everything is well mixed and hot.
