One way to prepare the leftover meat of the Galician stew

Ingredients

Servings 6 people


  • 600 g chickpea boiled
  • 1 onion
  • 400 g pork meat leftover of the Galician stew (pork shoulder, chorizo, pancetta, pork rib…)
  • olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Cut the meat into small pieces.
  • Finely chop the onion and brown it in olive oil.
