Ingredients

  • 1 chicken chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 onion medium, chopped
  • 3 clove garlic chopped
  • 500 g tomatoes crushed
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika

Step by step instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with garlic salt and brown it in a pan with oil. Set aside.
  • Sauté the onion and chopped garlic in the same oil.
  • Add the chopped peppers
  • When the peppers are soft add the crushed tomato (with a pinch of sugar and salt).
  • Then add the white wine and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Let everything cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the chicken, add the pepper and cook until the chicken is tender.
