How to prepare a baked pork rib marinated in a honey-based sauce

Ingredients

  • 1500 g pork rib
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • salt
  • ½ glass white wine

Step by step instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 160ºC
  • Prepare a marinade with honey, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano and a teaspoon of salt. Stir well
  • Salt the rib a little and paint it with the marinade on both sides.
  • Place the rib with the meat side up.
  • Bake for 60 minutes.
  • Turn the rib over and pour 1/2 wineglass of white wine.
  • Bake for another 60 minutes.
  • Turn it over again (meat side up) and bake for 20 minutes.
