Ingredients

  • 1000 g chicken wings
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • parsley chopped
  • 1 cup white wine
  • olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Marinate the chicken wings with garlic salt, pepper, thyme and oregano.
  • Brown the wings, on both sides, in a little olive oil in the same pan in which they are going to be baked.
  • Once golden brown, add the parsley and white wine
  • Bake for 40 minutes in the oven preheated to 200ºC, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
