  • 1000 g chicken wing
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • parsley chopped
  • 1 wineglass white wine
  • olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Marinate the chicken wings with garlic salt, pepper, thyme and oregano.
  • Brown the wings, on both sides, in olive oil and in the pan for the oven.
  • Once golden, add the parsley and the white wine
  • Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 200ºC, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
