Ingredients

  • 400 g squid clean and chopped
  • 3 onion medium
  • 3 green pepper to fry
  • 4 potato small
  • olive oil to fry

Step by step instructions

  • Brown the onions cut in julienne and when they are ready add the squid, clean and cut into pieces. Salt.
  • Cover the pot and cook the squid in its own juice for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Five minutes before finishing add the chopped green peppers.
  • They can be served accompanied by some cachelos.
