Ingredients

Servings 2 serves


  • 400 g squid cleaned and chopped
  • 3 onion
  • 3 green pepper small, to fry
  • 4 potato small
  • olive oil for frying

Step by step instructions

  • Brown the onions cut in julienne and when ready add the squid, clean and cut into pieces. Salt.
  • Cover the pot and let the squid cook in its own juice for about 20 minutes.
  • Five minutes before finishing add the chopped green peppers.
  • They can be served accompanied by cachelos (Galician-style boiled potatoes)
