  • 500 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g butter melted
  • ½ glass milk
  • 3 egg
  • 1 trickle anisette
  • lemon extract (some drops)

Step by step instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until the dough doesn’t stick
  • Put the dough onto a surface lightly floured and knead for some minutes.
  • Let settle for half and hour aprox
  • Stretch the dough very thin and cut into pieces the shape and size you wish. Fry in plenty of oil.
  • Drain and sprinkle with sugar
