Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • 170 g flour
  • ½ glass milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • olive oil to fry
  • 1 tbsp sugar to sprinkle

Step by step instructions

  • Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
  • Add the milk and flour and mix all together.
  • Heat up plenty of olive oil and fry tablespoons of the batter until the are gold.
  • Remove from the frying pan and drain on a paper towel. Dust with sugar
  • With a tablespoon as measurement: 40 sweet fritters aprox
