A cod stew: tasty, fast and easy

Ingredients

Servings 3 people


  • 3 fillets cod desalted
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 tomato
  • olive oil
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • In olive oil, fry lightly the onion and the peppers, chopped. Salt.
  • After a few minutes add the tomatoes (peeled and finely chopped). Salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Salt the cod and add it to the pan.
  • Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
