Ingredients

  • 3 fillets cod desalted
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 tomatoes

Step by step instructions

  • Sauté the onion and the chopped peppers in olive oil. Salt.
  • After a few minutes add the tomatoes (peeled and finely chopped). Salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Season the cod and add it to the pan.
  • Cook 3 minutes on each side.
