  • 500 g leek
  • 500 g potato
  • 1 l chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin

Step by step instructions

  • Chop the leeks and sauté them, over low heat, in extra virgin olive oil.
  • Once sautéed, add the chopped potatoes and 1 liter of chicken and ham stock. Salt.
  • Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  • Let cool, crush and strain.
