Eggs with bacon au gratin

A simple recipe. The hardest part is making the bechamel. A different way to eat eggs with bacon.

Ingredients

Servings 2 People


  • 2 egg
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • ½ l milk
  • 50 g grated cheese

Step by step instructions

  • Chop the bacon and fry in a frying pan until it's to our liking. With the fat of the bacon itself is enough. No oil to add. Reserve.
  • Spread a baked dish or casserole with a little butter.
  • Put on the heat and when the butter is melted add the eggs Wait for them to curdle and salt them. Reserve.
  • Make a béchamel with butter, flour and milk. You can add pepper and/or nutmeg, to taste Season.
  • Put the béchamel on top of the eggs and the bacon.
  • Put the grated cheese on the bechamel.
  • Gratin in the oven until golden brown.
