Ingredients

  • 1 kg clams
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ cup white wine
  • parsley chopped
  • olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Brown the finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.
  • Add a tablespoon of flour and sauté it for 1 minute.s
  • Add the peeled and crushed tomatoes. Cook, covered, 5 minutes.
  • Add a teaspoon of sweet (or hot) paprika, dissolve it, and add the wine.
  • Let everything cook for 7-8 minutes, uncovered, so that it thickens, as the clams will release water.
  • Add the clams and cover the pot to make it easier to open.
  • Once opened, uncover the pan and cook for a few minutes so that the sauce thickens a little.
  • Add a little chopped parsley.
