Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp flour flat
  • 1 tbsp sugar flat
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp yeast
  • 4 slices cheese to melt

Step by step instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients well, except the cheese, with the whisk or the mixer.
  • Brush with oil, just enough so that the batter does not stick, a small frying pan.
  • Pour the batter and let it set on one side.
  • When bubbles begin to appear and open, turn it over and cover with the cheese slices.
  • When it's done on the other side, the cheese should already be melted. Serve hot.
