Directions
  1. Season the chicken with garlic salt
  2. Brown the cloves, filleted, in olive oil.
  3. Add the chicken, chopped, and brown it.
  4. Once browned, low the heat, cover the pan and cook until it is ready. The cooking time depends on the size of the pieces of chicken.
  5. Add a shot glass of white wine to deglaze the pan and let evaporate.
  6. The chicken can be served with fried potatoes and/or a salad.
