  • 1 chicken chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • garlic salt
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 shot white wine

Step by step instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with garlic salt
  • Brown the filleted garlic in olive oil
  • Add the chicken and brown it.
  • Once browned, lower the heat, cover the pot and cook until done. The time will depend on the size of the chicken pieces.
  • Add a shot of white wine to deglaze the pan and let it evaporate.
  • The chicken can be served with fried potatoes and/or a salad.
