  • 300 g pork loin
  • 4 clove garlic
  • ½ chilli
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • water
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • grated cheese

Step by step instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling water with salt and a splash of oil.
  • When it is al dente, drain and reserve.
  • Cut the pork loin into small pieces and season with garlic powder and salt.
  • Fillet the garlic cloves.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic and chilli.
  • Incorporate the tenderloin and fry.
  • When the raxo is done, stir in the spaghetti so that they are impregnated with the flavor of the oil.
  • It is served hot and sprinkled with grated cheese.
