Ingredients

  • ½ kg squid
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • water

Step by step instructions

  • Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water. Once it’s ‘al dente’, drain it and put it away for later.
  • In the meantime, cut the squid into small cubes.
  • In a pot, sauté the sliced garlic cloves. When they start to brown, add the already seasoned squid and sauté for one or two minutes in high heat.
  • Lower the heat to gently cook them while stirring.
  • When they’re ready, add the pasta and sauté everything for a moment.
