Stew soup

Stew soup is made, as its name suggests, on stew days at home. And it is made with the broth in which we have cooked the meat.

Some people put some meat stumbles on it, but we like it better only with pasta. The broth is rich enough to give it an exquisite taste.

Ingredients

Servings 6 serves

  • 2 l meat broth (of making the stew)
  • 200 g pasta (fideos)
