Veal Chulas - Fritters

This recipe is a different, original and very tasty way to eat veal. You can use other fillings such as chorizo, cod and whatever you can think of.

Ingredients

Servings 5 serves


  • 350 g flour
  • 5 g yeast
  • 3 egg
  • 300 g veal
  • salt
  • 300 cc water
  • garlic salt
  • olive oil for frying

Step by step instructions

  • In a bowl mix the flour and the yeast and stir.
  • Add the salt and water and beat with the rods.
  • Incorporate the 3 eggs and beat until obtaining a uniform semiliquid batter. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes.
  • While it rests chop the meat very small and season it with garlic salt.
  • Add the meat to the batter and stir to mix well.
  • Fry spoonfuls of batter in olive oil, until finished.
