This recipe is a different, original and very tasty way of eating veal. You can use other fillings such as chorizo, cod and anything you can think of.

  • 350 g flour
  • 5 g yeast
  • 3 egg
  • 300 g veal meat
  • salt
  • 300 cc water
  • garlic salt
  • olive oil to fry

Step by step instructions

  • In a bowl mix the flour and yeast and stir.
  • Add the salt and water and beat with the whisk.
  • Add the 3 eggs and beat until you get a uniform semi-liquid paste. Let rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
  • While it rests, chop the meat very small and season it with garlic salt.
  • Add the meat to the pasta and stir to mix well.
  • Fry tablespoons of pasta in olive oil, until finished.
