  • 2 white seabream small
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 40 g butter

Step by step instructions

  • Salt the breams and put them in a resistant ovenproof dish, with a bottom of oil
  • Put the onion cut in julienne strips (we can shallow-fry the onion before).
  • Add the white wine and the juice of one lemon
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs (optional) and top with small pieces of butter.
  • Bake in the oven, preheated at 190-200 ºC, for approximately 20 minutes.
