Servings 4 people


  • 2 white seabream small
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumb
  • 40 g butter

Step by step instructions

  • Season the sea bream and put it on a baking dish greased with olive oil.
  • Put the onion cut in julienne strips (we can shallow-fry the onion before).
  • Add the white wine and the juice of 1 lemon.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs (optional) and put on pieces of butter.
  • Put the baking dish in the oven, preheated to 190-200ºC, and bake for around 20 minutes
