  • 500 g bonito
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 3 leaves laurel
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Salt the bonito and put it into a pan.
  • Add the cloves of garlic, the bay leaves and the sweet parpika. Pour the oil and vinegar (double amount of oil than vinegar) until the bonito is covered.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.
