Ingredients

  • 180 g water
  • 20 g olive oil extra virgin
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • 350 g strength flour
  • 10 g salt

Step by step instructions

  • Put the water, oil and yeast in the Thermomix glass. Program 90 seconds / 40º / speed 3
  • Add the flour and salt and program 2 minutes / bread mode.
  • Put the dough on a floured surface and work it by hand for 5 minutes.
  • Shape it into a loaf, sprinkle it with flour and make a few cuts on the top.
  • Varnish the cocotte with olive oil, place the dough inside and cover it.
  • Put in the cold oven, without preheating, and cook for 45 minutes at 220ºC.
  • After 40 minutes remove the lid and let it complete the cooking time until 45.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack to avoid humidity.
