  • 1 pork knuckle brined
  • 1 chorizo
  • 2 chicken thigh
  • 100 g pancetta
  • 500 g turnip greens
  • 2 potato

Step by step instructions

  • Remove the stems of the turnip greens and wash the leaves
  • Cook the knuckle with the pancetta in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
  • Put the turnip greens, the two chicken thighs, the chorizo and 4 potatoes in a pot and salt in moderation since later we will add the knuckle broth. Pour water enough to cover half the food and cook.
  • Halfway through cooking, add, until covered, the knuckle broth, and let it cook until the food is tender.
  • Drain everything and present it in a plate.
