A delicious soup of leeks and potatoes very simple to prepare

Ingredients

  • 3 leek
  • 5 potato small
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 l water
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Cut the leeks lengthwise in half and then widthwise into small pieces, about 1 cm thick
  • Cut the potatoes into very small cubes.
  • Put the oil in a pot to heat and sauté the leeks making sure they do not burn.
  • Once the leeks are tender, add the potatoes and the water or broth and salt.
  • Let it cook until the potatoes are tender and it is ready to eat.
