  • 1 kg mussel
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • 3 leaves bay

Step by step instructions

  • Clean the mussels well by immersing them in water with a little salt and stirring well.
  • Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add the mussels. Let them cook until the shells open.
  • Remove from the shells and discard those that do not open.
  • Place them in a bowl, covering them with oil and adding vinegar in the following proportion (2 parts of oil to one of vinegar).
  • Add the sliced garlic, a few chopped bay leaves and a tablespoon of sweet paprika, mixing everything well.
  • Leave in this sauce for a few hours before serving.
