Ingredients

  • 1000 g pork rib
  • 4 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp hot paprika
  • 3 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 shots white wine
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt

Step by step instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by mixing 4 teaspoons of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of hot paprika, 3 crushed garlic cloves, oregano to taste and a shot of white wine.
  • Stir well to mix everything.
  • Spread the ribs with the marinade and leave until the next day.
  • Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
  • Season the ribs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Pour a bit of white wine.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking time and drizzling occasionally with the juice.
  • After 50 minutes, raise the tray and switch to the grill to toast them. Leave 5 minutes on each side.
