  • 2 slices salmon
  • ½ onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 shot white wine
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • salt
  • pepper

Step by step instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  • Cut the potato into thin slices and the onion into rings.
  • Spread some oil over an oven pan.
  • Place the potatoes and onion on top. Add salt and pepper, water with a shot of white wine and a little more oil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Salt the salmon and place it on top of the potatoes. Water it with a little oil.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 180ºC
