  • 160 g spaghetti black
  • 100 g surimi elvers
  • 100 g bacon
  • 50 g young garlic
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

Step by step instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a little oil. Drain, refresh and reserve.
  • Sauté the garlic cloves, filleted, and the young garlic, chopped, in olive oil.
  • When they are almost ready add the bacon.
  • Incorporate the surimi elvers when the bacon is ready and fry them for a short time so they do not overdo, while stirring.
  • Finally, add the spaghetti and mix well with the rest of the ingredients so that the flavors are integrated.
  • Serve and eat.
