Galician crepes with sugar

This is a very simple way to eat the crepes my mother-in-law taught me. I’ve never tried them this way before and they’re really good.

The complicated thing about the recipe, of course, is making the crepes. In Lareira we have two recipes of crepes: anisette crepes and broth crepes. I recommend doing this one with the broth crepes, which do not have anything sweet.

Ingredients

Servings 2 serves

  • 6 Galician crepes
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Fatback a little to smear the pan
